1 General Terms & Conditions
Bdtaka1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "bdtaka1") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products offered by bdtaka1, including the website, mobile app, and any other digital services.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Gaming Rules

- Bdtaka1 is not responsible for internet disconnections during gameplay. However, results will be determined based on server logs.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.

- If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
- If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
- Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.
